AUREQ provides this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”), subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

By accessing our website, using our Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

By using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into agreements or that you are using the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.

When placing an order or creating an account, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address and payment information.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantities available for purchase.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to your purchase contract.

3. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or an obvious error.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount to your original payment method.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@aureqjewelry.com. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing has begun.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Products purchased through our consumer webshop are intended for personal use and not for commercial resale unless otherwise agreed with us.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on our website in the applicable currency.

For customers in jurisdictions where required by law, displayed consumer prices include applicable taxes such as VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination. Where these charges are not included at checkout, they may be payable by the customer to the relevant authority or carrier.

We may change our prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where permitted by law in the case of an obvious pricing error.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to the destinations displayed on our website or during checkout.

Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed where applicable during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, customs procedures, extreme weather or other external events. This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a voluntary 30-day returns period, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return shipping costs for ordinary returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must register eligible returns through our designated returns process before sending products back.

Where applicable, customers may purchase a return shipping label through our returns process.

This voluntary returns policy is separate from and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal available to qualifying EU consumers.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

The AUREQ website and its content, including the AUREQ name, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, website design and other original content, are owned by or licensed to WITLOX VENTURES S.L. or the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Unless permitted by applicable law or authorised by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected content from the Services.

Third-party trademarks, names and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

AUREQ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through the AUREQ store are transactions between you and WITLOX VENTURES S.L.

Shopify is not the seller of AUREQ products and is not responsible for fulfilling your purchase contract with us.

Your use of certain Shopify functionality may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy practices.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

Nothing in this section imposes obligations on consumers that cannot lawfully be imposed under applicable consumer protection law.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

If we do not immediately exercise or enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we waive that right.

These Terms, together with the policies and other terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from AUREQ.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or information that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

21. Assignment

You may not transfer your contractual rights or obligations to another person where such a transfer would materially affect our rights or obligations without our consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may transfer our rights and obligations where permitted by law, provided that doing so does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

22. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms and agreements entered into with WITLOX VENTURES S.L. are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections granted by the laws of the country in which they habitually reside where those protections apply.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may be entitled to bring proceedings before the courts available to you under applicable EU consumer and jurisdiction rules.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a mandatory right to bring proceedings before a competent court.
